Is there an age restriction for Mondegreen Travel Packages?

Yes, to check in at the hotel, you need to be 21 or older. If you’re under 21, don’t worry! You can still stay in the room and enjoy the show, just keep in mind that the main person purchasing the Travel Package has to be 21 or older for the hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required. Please note that the festival is all ages; however, attendees 17 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult (friend, family member, or guardian) 18 years or older.

Mondegreen is an all ages festival – Children eight (8) years and younger are free in GA.

I purchased a Travel Package and am bringing a child under eight (8), are they able to stay in my room and ride on the shuttle with no problem?

Yes! Travel Packages abide by the standard festival age guidelines – children eight (8) years old and younger have free admission to the festival in GA and are able to join you in your hotel and on the round-trip transportation without any additional steps on your side.

When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?

All details regarding your Mondegreen Travel Package will be emailed to the lead purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, in the weeks leading up to the event. Festival passes and shuttle wristbands will be shipped to the lead purchaser prior to arriving for the weekend, which means you’ll only need to check-in with the hotel upon arriving at the hotel you selected (see hotel check-in and check-out times below). Please be sure to provide us with accurate shipping information when completing your purchase.

Can I upgrade my pass to a Travel Package after I’ve already purchased a GA Pass?

Yes! You can upgrade your purchase while supplies last. Downgrades or refunds are not permitted. If you wish to purchase a Mondegreen Travel Package and have already purchased a GA Pass, reach out to phishmondegreen@100xhospitality.com and we can assist you.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package experience?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchased the wrong package and hope to change your order, reach out to us immediately at phishmondegreen@100xhospitality.com and we will do what we can to help.

OUR TRAVEL PACKAGES

How do I place my order?

All Mondegreen Travel Packages must be purchased online. Packages will go on sale Thursday, January 18th at 11am ET. After you click “purchase” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The price listed is the price per person. If you click into the package details, you will see the full package price for either TWO or FOUR guests as well as the per person price, not including any applicable taxes and fees.

How many rooms are included in my Travel Package?

All Travel Packages include one room. Two-person Travel Packages will have the option of a single-bedded or double-bedded room, while four-person Travel Packages will only have one double-bedded room.

Is there a payment plan for Mondegreen Travel Packages?

Yes, there is a payment plan option! An initial 40% deposit + taxes and fees will be charged on the date of purchase. Following that date, payments will be processed on the 15th of each month until the final payment is deducted in May. If you purchase a package on or after May 15th, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase.

Please note: you do have the option to pay in full at the time of purchase, and not utilize a payment plan. If you wish to pay in full, you’ll select “Pay in Full” at checkout.

Can I pay for my entire package before the additional payments are due?

Yes! You will be prompted at check-out to opt into a payment plan OR pay in full. If you choose a payment plan but decide you’d like to make a payment prior to the due date, OR pay in full, you can do so by reaching out to our travel package ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at customerservice@ticketstoday.com and they can assist you.

What types of passes are included in the Travel Packages?

All Travel Packages include General Admission (GA) passes to Mondegreen.

Do the Travel Packages come with passes for all four days of Mondegreen?

Yes! Depending on the four-night Travel Package you purchase, your package will include either two or four GA passes to Mondegreen on August 15, 16th, 17th and 18th.

How and where will I receive my festival passes for Mondegreen?

All festival passes included in your Travel Package will be shipped to the guest who purchased the Travel Package. Wristband fulfillment will begin in the weeks leading up to the festival. Your festival pass is an RFID-enabled wristband that must be worn for all four days of the festival. Your festival wristband, along with your shuttle wristband will be shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please note, the final date to request changes to your shipping address is Monday, June 3 2024.

  • $7.00 per order for Domestic Shipping
  • $25.00 per order for International Shipping
  • An order will not ship unless it has been paid in full
  • Make sure to input a valid DOMESTIC shipping address at the time of purchase
  • Orders placed separately will be shipped separately

  • Wristbands will ship via UPS Mail Innovations
  • Orders will not be re-shipped or shipped twice under any circumstances – no exceptions
  • Orders that are unable to be delivered or shipped due to any circumstances (lost, stolen, errors, forgot something, dog scared the postman, stuck in limbo, not shipped, returned to sender, etc.) will be required to be picked up at Will Call by the original purchaser
  • A Tracking Number will be emailed to the lead purchaser once it has shipped. Please be sure to check your spam folder. Mondegreen, 100x and AXS are not responsible for failed, blocked, misdelivered or bounced email delivery.

What address are my wristbands being shipped to?

Your wristbands will be shipped to the shipping address provided during the purchase of your Travel Package. Please be sure to provide accurate information to avoid order delays or shipping errors.

Can I change the shipping address for my festival passes?

Yes – you are permitted to change your shipping address up until Monday, June 3, 2024. Following this date, we will not accept address updates.

How do I change the shipping address for my festival passes?

To make a change to the shipping address you provided at checkout, or to check to confirm which address your passes are being shipped too, please reach out to customerservice@ticketstoday.com and they can assist you.

All changes to shipping addresses must be submitted to Ticketstoday (customerservice@ticketstoday.com) by Monday, June 3, 2024. Following this date, we will not accept shipping address updates.

Does my Travel Package include parking at the festival?

No. If you choose to drive yourself to the festival instead of utilizing the shuttle provided with your Travel Package, you will need to purchase a Day Parking pass. For more information on festival parking, please click here.

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the Travel Package?

All Travel Packages come with roundtrip transportation to and from the festival grounds for all four days. More information regarding transportation including pick-up times and locations will be provided via email to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, in the week leading up to Mondegreen. If you choose to forgo the shuttle, you can purchase a Day Parking pass here.

Can I visit my friends in the Glen Close and The Full Monde campgrounds if I purchased a Travel Package?

No. Travel Packages come with GA Festival Passes which only include access to the GA campgrounds. Anyone entering Glen Close or The Full Monde campgrounds must have a Glen Close or The Full Monde pass.

ONSITE LODGING & CAMPING

What is the difference between Glen Close and The Full Monde campgrounds?

Glen Close camping is if you’d like to bring your own camping or RV equipment. The Full Monde is if you’d like everything to be set up on arrival.

When will the Glen Close and The Full Monde campgrounds open and close?

The Glen Close and The Full Monde campgrounds will open Wednesday, August 14th at 8:00am ET. The campgrounds will close Monday, August 19th at 12:00pm ET.

Is there an age restriction for camping at Glen Close or The Full Monde?

Yes! All campers must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult or legal guardian. Please note that the festival is open to all ages; however, attendees 17 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult (friend, family member or guardian) aged 18 years or older.

What are my options for accessible camping?

Mondegreen welcomes all festival attendees. We are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure attendees have access to all festival goods and services, regardless of ability. Please note that RV packages and rentals are not wheelchair accessible.

What do the food offerings entail at the Glen Close and The Full Monde campgrounds?

Delicious, 24/7 food & beverage options will be available for purchase in both campgrounds.

Can I bring my own food into the Glen Close and The Full Monde campgrounds?

Yes! You are permitted to bring your own food and beverage into the campgrounds; however, no outside food or beverage will be permitted inside the festival grounds. Absolutely no glass is allowed.

In addition, there is no outside vending in the Glen Close and The Full Monde campgrounds.

Guests who have any medical needs or requirements in regards to food and beverage should reach out to mondegreenada@phish.com in advance.

My Glen Close / The Full Monde camping package only comes with one parking spot, can I purchase more parking spots?

Yes, you can purchase Overnight Parking passes for your other cars. See details here.

Does my The Full Monde RV rental require a security deposit?

All Full Monde RV Rental purchasers will be responsible for any damage to RVs, will abide by all applicable rules and regulations and will be required to enter into a user rental agreement at check-in. Purchasers will be required to place a security deposit via credit card authorization prior to arrival.

More information around your security deposit will be communicated prior to the festival.

How do I learn more about The Full Monde Luxury Motorcoach Packages?

Can I move my car or RV from my camping site during the festival?

No! The parking staff will direct you to your camping area when you arrive. Groups who wish to camp in the same vicinity should plan to meet far from the festival grounds to line up their vehicles and stay together prior to entering the gates. It will not be possible to hold spaces for other vehicles arriving later.

Once you are parked in a camping area you may not move your vehicle for the duration of the festival. This is for your safety and the safety of your neighbors.

If you plan to drive in and out of the event grounds over the weekend, you should purchase a Day Parking or an Overnight Parking pass. (See parking purchase details here)

If a car is parked and left unattended on any public road it WILL BE TOWED at the owner’s expense.

It is ESSENTIAL that all vehicle lanes be kept clear at all times. Please help us by reminding your neighbors that this is for your safety as well as theirs.

I am arriving late / departing early. What should I do?

Camping check in will be available beginning Wednesday, August 14 for pass types that include Early Wednesday Arrival, or Thursday, August 15 through Saturday, August 17. Check in daily hours of operation will be shared closer to the Festival. 

Once you are parked in a camping area you may not move your vehicle for the duration of the festival. This is for your safety and the safety of your neighbors. 

If you must leave early, your vehicle will not be able to re-enter once it has left the campgrounds.

Can I bring my generator for my campsite?

You are welcome to run a generator at your RV campsite ONLY, but it must be stored and operated properly. All generators are subject to inspection by the City of Dover Fire Marshall and festival staff. Generators may not be used at any other Camping spots.

Can my friend camp with us but not attend the festival?

No, all campers must have a Mondegreen festival pass in order to stay in any of the campgrounds. Any guest staying in the Glen Close or The Full Monde campsite must have a Glen Close or The Full Monde pass.

Can I request extra bedding for my The Full Monde camping or RV set up?

No, additional bedding is the responsibility of the guest and will not be provided by the festival.

Can I upgrade my pass to Glen Close or The Full Monde camping after I’ve already purchased a GA Pass?

Yes. You can upgrade your purchase as supplies last. Downgrades or refunds are not permitted. If your preferred pass type is still available for purchase, please contact AXS Ticket Support here to upgrade. If your preferred pass type is no longer available for purchase, you can sign up for the Waitlist here.

How can I purchase more Glen Close or The Full Monde passes after I’ve already purchased my campsite?

Eligible Glen Close and The Full Monde buyers will have the opportunity to purchase additional admission passes for their package after purchase. Information on how to add these passes will be available soon. Purchasers will have the ability to add up to the maximum number of persons allowed per campsite.

– Glen Close Car Camping: Maximum 4 admission Passes per campsite
– Glen Close Group Car Camping: Maximum 16 admission Passes per campsite
– Glen Close RV Camping: Maximum 6 admission Passes per campsite
– The Full Monde Tent Rental: 2, 4 or 6 admission Passes included with campsite; no added admission Passes permitted with pre-set The Full Monde Tent Rental packages. To increase the number of admission Passes with your campsite, please reach out to AXS to upgrade your campsite purchase

I bought the same type of The Full Monde gamlping tent rental package as a friend. Will we be in the same general area?

Yes. Pre-set The Full Monde Glamping tents will be grouped by type, with exception of guests with an ADA accommodation that requires the unit location to be adjusted.

If I have Glen Close or The Full Monde camping can I still go into the General Admission camping to visit my friends?

Yes, but not vice versa. Anyone entering either the Glen Close or The Full Monde campground must have a Glen Close or The Full Monde camping wristband.

My friends and I have rentals in The Full Monde. Can we submit a request to be close to each other?

Guests can submit requests for adjacent spots, but placement is not guaranteed. The only way to guarantee you’ll camp next to your friends in The Full Monde campgrounds is to arrive together, one car behind the other.

Will there be waste water pump and refill service offered for The Full Monde and Glen Close RV guests?

Yes, Glen Close RV Camping (Bring Your Own RV) guests will be provided contact information at check-in for servicing they can arrange for a fee. The Full Monde RV Rental (RV Provided) packages include one (1) waste water pump and refill. Services not available for GA RV Camping (Bring Your Own RV).

Can I bring my own luxury motorcoach and if I do, can I get waste water pump and refill service?

All RVs must fit within the designated 25×45 spot. Glen Close RV Camping (Bring Your Own RV) guests will be provided contact information at check-in for servicing they can arrange for a fee. Services not available for GA RV Camping (Bring Your Own RV).

I want to arrive on Wednesday, but I purchased a pass that only allows Thursday arrival / my friends are arriving on Wednesday. What should I do?

The following camping passes are only valid for Thursday arrival. However, if you have one of the below camping pass types and arrive on Wednesday, you will be granted admission with payment of a $20.00 fee upon entry to the campgrounds. 

  • GA RV Camping (Dry and Powered)
  • GA Bell Tent Rental 
  • GA Family Car Camping 
  • GA Car Camping – Thursday Arrival

All camping pass types not listed above include Wednesday arrival.

How do I get to Mondegreen?

Mondegreen will take place at The Woodlands of Dover Motor Speedway located at 1131 N Dupont Hwy, Dover, DE 19901. Once you’ve arrived in Dover, please follow the directions to the venue provided here.

Is there a map for the festival grounds?

Is there an age restriction?

The festival is all ages. Children eight (8) years and younger are free in GA.

Attendees 17 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older. The accompanying adult can be a friend, family member or guardian.

Do packages have a purchase limit?

Yes! All packages have a purchase limit of 2 with the exception of Glen Close Group Camping, which is limited to 1 per purchaser.

Is Mondegreen a cashless festival?

Yes, Mondegreen is a cashless event! Accepted credit card payments include any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB or Union Pay logo. Accepted contactless payments include Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Wallet and contactless cards.

What happens if it rains during the festival?

Mondegreen is rain or shine.

What is the Mondegreen bag policy?

Mondegreen will adhere to a clear bag policy. Check the Mondegreen website for all policies and more details.

How do I purchase a parking pass?

There are two types of parking pass options available: Day Parking and Overnight Parking. Full details and the link to purchase parking passes is viewable here.

Can I share my festival pass with someone if I go one day and my friend goes the other?

No. All festival passes are non-transferable wristbands, and must be worn at all times.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package and attend Mondegreen?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. HOTEL INFO

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

100x abides by each hotel’s standard policy, viewable here. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with each hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until you check in.

What parking is available at the hotel?

100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual websites of the hotels. You can refer to the summary here, but please note that 100x is not responsible for any parking fees. Parking Fees are subject to change, and determined by each hotel.

How far is each hotel from the festival grounds?

We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the festival grounds. See the distance of each hotel from Mondegreen here.

Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Please note incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.

TRAVEL PACKAGE REQUESTS

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my Travel Package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your Travel Package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your Travel Package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can email us at phishmondegreen@100xhospitality.com to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate! All requests must be submitted to 100x by Monday, June 3, 2024.

I purchased a Travel Package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any Travel Package transfer request must be submitted to 100x by Monday, June 3, 2024. If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your Travel Package to update the name and shipping address for the order. Please email us at phishmondegreen@100xhospitality.com and confirm your order details including the email used for purchase, order number, and package type along with the new ticket holder’s name, email address, phone number, and shipping address for our team to update the reservation. Once we have updated the order with the new guest’s information (cut-off date of Monday, June 3, 2024), they will be able to check into their hotel room and receive their festival wristbands associated with their Travel Package.

Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, GA festival passes and shuttle wristbands) and cannot be separated. Mondegreen passes are for all 4 days of the festival; therefore, they cannot be split by day.

A package must be paid in full prior to it being transferred to another guest. Once wristbands have been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes to the package owner.

I have a specific request about my hotel stay, how can I make that request?

All hotel related requests can be sent directly to 100x at phishmondegreen@100xhospitality.com. Please note, all requests must be submitted to 100x by Monday, June 3, 2024.

I need to update the credit card information in order to pay for my Travel Package, how can I do this?

In order to update your credit card information attached to your Travel Package payment method, please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at customerservice@ticketstoday.com and they can assist you.
